Absolutely awful from check in to check out. We checked in with a man names Brian who was extremely rude. He scolded us for the way we booked our hotel, refused to let me pay cash even though I chose pay at property, told me he was only charging incidentals to my card for $25 and then charged the whole stay to it. Fast forward to Saturday morning when I woke up to an additional $232. (This was also happening to at least 8 other people who stayed and were checked in by Brian , some customers have extra charges up to $1,500) when I asked the front desk about it they couldn’t give me any answers as to why our cards were being charged they then told us after hours it was a glitch in the system. I spoke with the general manager Don who just like his staff was completely rude. Offered me $50 at check out and I let him know more needed to be done since they were taking all of our money his response was “if this isn’t good enough you don’t deserve anything”. After speaking with staff through the weekend and our money still not being returned we found out it was not a glitch but user error from the rude man named Brian who checked us in. I had called the front desk on Saturday evening to ask for towels and Brian answered and once again was extremely rude he answered the phone with “what do you want”. Between the awful customer service and them fraudulently charging our cards the stay was pretty much ruined. We all spent more time fighting with them then enjoying our trip.
